Thermography is 100% safe. There is no contact, it is non-invasive and there is NO radiation!
What Are Some Conditions That Thermography Can Assist in Detecting?
- Cardio-Vascular and Heart Disease
- Thyroid and Hormonal Imbalance
- Oral infections
- Environmental Allergies
- Digestive Disorders

- Progress of Healing
- Breast Health Screening
Why Use Thermography for Breast Health Imaging?
The chart below is representative of an average growth pattern of the typical slow-growing breast tumor. Most doctors agree, and even tell their breast cancer patients that they have had the growth for 8 or 10 years. Thermography can see increased heat from the blood supply that feeds a tumor in its infancy. The only way to detect it at that stage is to establish a thermographic baseline and monitor every year for the real early signs!
Mammograms are a good tool for determining the exact location of a developed tumor, but it is not an early warning system, which some women assume that it is. The real danger of breast cancer is whether cancer has spread to a vital organ. If it is going to spread, it has had many years to do so. Women deserve earlier detection, and this is it.
Thermography can offer the opportunity to change a person’s health history. We believe prevention is preferable to disease management.

What types of Thermography studies are available?
- Baseline Full Body Study – Full body Thermographic imaging of the head, neck, thyroid, chest, full breast health study, abdomen, cervical neck, thoracic back, lumbar-sacral regions, full torso, legs, knees, feet, arms, and hands. Approximately 36 images, with the report and up to 1 hour for review of report findings and recommendations.
- Upper Body Study – Thermographic imaging of the head, neck, thyroid, chest, full breast health study, abdomen, cervical neck, thoracic back, lumbar-sacral regions, full torso (front/back). Approximately 24 images, with the report and up to 45 minutes for review of report findings and recommendations
- Region of Interest Study – This is a more limited and targeted thermographic study. Typically, 6 – 8 images, with the report and up to ½ hour for review of report findings and recommendations.
How Long Does It Take?
- Baseline Full Body study is approximately 60 minutes. This includes imaging and post-imaging debrief. Actual imaging is about 45 minutes.
- An Upper-Body study is approximately 45 minutes. Actual imaging is about 25 minutes.
- A Breast Health Study or Region of Interest study is approximately 30 minutes. Actual imaging is about 15 minutes.
NOTE:
We advise first-time thermography clients to allow an extra 15 – 30 minutes for the intake process and recording health history.
How Much Does It Cost?
- A Baseline Full Body study is $500 and includes imaging, the interpretation report and up to an hour consult to go over findings and recommendations.
- An Upper-Body study is $375, including imaging, hard copy of thermography report and up to 45 minutes consultation to go over findings and recommendations.
- A Region of Interest study is $250 including imaging, hard copy of the thermographic report and up to 30 minutes consultation.
Is Thermography Covered by Insurance?
Medical Thermography is not yet covered by the major insurance carriers. However, it is a qualified medical expense under Health Savings Accounts (HAS’s) and most Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA’s). Aflac and other “supplemental insurance” providers also pay towards the cost of routine Thermography.
We are starting to see some acceptance by insurance carriers. When they have reimbursed clients, it is only after the client has been consistent and forceful in their self-advocacy.
We believe that it is a matter of time before Thermography is a covered medical expense. However, that will only occur as people start demanding that the insurance companies recognize and reimburse for this adjunctive imaging.
